Since you don't buy or sell a home every day, it's important to use a Realtor that does! With over $13 million in closed sales in 2009, we have the experience you need. A seasoned sales person will help keep you from feeling the bumps in the road. 

I hold an active Broker's license, (as opposed to just a salesperson's license), and that's the highest education level you can achieve in Florida real estate. 

I was the 6th agent in Jacksonville to receive the new e-PRO designation, which shows my diligence in being proactive with my online real estate business. 

Lastly, I hold my GRI designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and received scholarships to 2 of the 3 classes for having the highest test score in the class on two of the three tests. Less than 20 Realtors in the state have ever achieved that. 

All this really means to you is that we know what we're doing. When you're making such a large investment in something, it's important to have someone representing you who knows their stuff.
