Although each of us on our team may have moved here from somewhere else, we have all considered Jacksonville home for quite some time. Because we are moms, and have all relocated at some point ourselves, we know what it means to have the “right” real estate team on your side. We want to find the right “fit” for you and your family, not a quick commission for ourselves. With us, it’s all about YOU! Our commitment is to LISTEN to our clients, stay within their budget and then negotiate the best deal possible. 

You probably have gathered by now we are all close friends as well as co-workers. We like to laugh and have fun while we work. We try not to take ourselves too seriously, yet we are VERY SERIOUS about our work. You won’t find an office more passionate about their customers than ours. We are a team in all senses, and when you hire one of us, you really get us all! 

Pam joined us as a real estate agent in 2004. She was brand new to the business, but so eager and savvy. She has turned out to be a huge asset to the team. Pam is so friendly and so trustworthy, that everyone just loves her! She is passionate about her career and ends up friends with virtually all her clients. Because Pam’s hobby is her horses and she lives in a beautiful equestrian community, she has become our team “equestrian specialist”. Her family is a member of some of the local saddle clubs, and having built an equestrian property herself, she is very familiar with what is needed and what it takes. Pam has two daughters attending college. Her husband, Henry, works at Acosta Foods. Pam has a 100% client satisfaction rating; and won the Platinum Premier Service Award for top notch customer service. 

Patrice is my neighbor, great friend, and assistant. We have worked together now for over 10 years. Her official title on our team is “transaction coordinator,” but the fact is that Patrice has done every job there is in our office, and she knows the business as well as any real estate agent in this town! She is the friendly voice that typically answers the phone in our office, and nobody is more patient and kind than Patrice. She is the one who “hand holds” our clients from contract to closing, and keeps everything moving along smoothly. She will keep you calm and organized throughout the entire process! Patrice and her husband Bill have a daughter, Sarah, an architect major at the University of Florida, and twin boys, Jack and Taylor, who attend the University of Central Florida. 

Annette is our team “listing coordinator”. She has been with us for five years, and she is the one who keeps us all laughing! She is a perfectionist and has a great eye for details. She is responsible for posting our listings on all the various websites, the brochures, and all aspects of our marketing. Annette has lived in Jacksonville for most of her life, and she is a fabulous cook. We love it when she brings us treats to the office! She and her husband, Frank, also live in NW St. Johns County with their two sons.
