We are not just out to sell you a house -- we really want you (and all our customers) to be happy here. We also think it's important that we sell you a home that we can resell if you end up being relocated back out of Jacksonville. We'll be very honest with you when we're out looking at homes, and make you aware of things you may not have considered (both good and bad). 

Finally, one of things my customers seem to like best about working with us is that we have sources for everything!! We know a great (and inexpensive) carpet cleaner, handyman, tile guy, plumber, etc. Anything you may need done, chances are we've got a great person for you to call. We really want to help my customers before, during, AND after closing.
