Free In-Home Presentation

Welcome > For Sellers > Free In-Home Presentation ...

Request a Free Presentation On How We Will Market and Sell Your Home. Remember, All Realtors Are NOT Alike.

Before signing a contract with any Realtor, make sure you know EXACTLY how your home will be marketed. There is a vast range in skills, experience, and track records!

A "Listing Presentation" is an industry term for the formal presentation that a Realtor makes to prospective home sellers, trying to earn their trust and business. Don't list your home with a real estate agent without it! We would love the opportunity to make such a presentation to you.

We will visit your Jacksonville and St. Johns County home, and together we will walk through it, considering the positives and negatives (if any!). You will then see exactly how we would propose to sell your home, for as much as the market will bear, and within your time frame. We will tell you where we will advertise your home, both in print and on the web. With the dramatic growth in homebuyer usage of the web, you MUST have a top Realtor that can extensively market your home online!

And you'll find out what your Jacksonville and St. Johns County home is worth, too, because part of our presentation will include a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your home. We'll compare your home to others like it in Jacksonville and St. Johns County that have recently sold, and also to others that are currently for sale. This is a very important way of determining the fair market value of your home.

We make free presentations and prepare CMAs for prospective home sellers every day. We've literally done hundreds, and we know exactly what puts a big SOLD sign in your front yard.

We'd love the chance to make a presentation for you. It is totally free and without any obligation. Call us! Or fill out this form and we will get back to you quickly...

Real Estate Tips

Accepting An Offer >Negotiating Factors

Negotiations for the sale of a home can be affected by emotional factors. For example, it is easy to be offended by someone who is making an offer on your property. Even if the buyers love your house, they are trying to negotiate the best possible price and terms. They probably will not let you know how much they want your home until they have negotiated a purchase agreement.

Buyers almost never write offers that please the sellers entirely. Offers and counter offers may be traded back and forth over days or weeks. Terms of the sale will be discussed and deadlines will be set. When there is finally a meeting of the minds, both sides may feel relieved but exhausted by the process. One of a real estate agent's most important jobs is to act as the intermediary during such negotiations. With your agents knowledge of financing, negotiation procedures, and the tax laws affecting real estate sales, agents come up with creative solutions to the challenges that may arise.
